How long does it take?

One to two days. Your portrait is created digitally, then reviewed by us and sent to you to approve before anything is printed.

How is my portrait made?

Digitally, not painted or drawn by hand. Every one is then personally reviewed and refined before you see it, and nothing is printed until you've approved it.

What photo works best?

A clear, well-lit photo where the face isn't in shadow. Phone photos are fine. If yours won't work, we'll tell you before charging you.

What happens to my photo?

It's used only to create your portrait, and never shared or sold. Ask us to delete it any time and we will.

Can you do pets and groups?

Yes. Pets work beautifully. For groups, fewer faces means more detail on each.

What if I don't like it?

We'll redo it. Once you've approved your image, the order is final and goes to print.
